Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.

Deposit Policy

All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

Nice cabin on lake

Great location and clean! Only issue is the beds are not great. Probably need to invest in new beds. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay. It was a little weird to be in the living room when maintenance came to shovel deck. We would stay here again if the beds were better.

Bad communication. Not response to last email. No communication between owners, agent, and contractors. House was being painted and worked on. Ended up staying there anyways to push through, but the hot water heater wasn’t working downstairs and then we have the contractors come in the morning we’re leaving and working as we are still there. Bad communication.
