Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.

Deposit Policy

All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

Great place to book in Leadville, especially if you’re gathering with family or friends. Great open space to spend time together. The kitchen was also really well stocked. Would stay here again.

Nice, quiet spot. Had everything we needed. Walkable (ish) to Main Street - not much to do in the immediate neighborhood. Appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and lots of games!
