Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.

Deposit Policy

All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE. It is dated and disgusting. The linens and towels were old and dirty. The home smelled and was extremely dated. A few days into our stay after a number of the members of our party became ill we discovered mold in the blinds in the master bedroom. The closet in the master bedroom literally had piles of linens, oxygen tanks, and clutter. We ended up leaving a night early and requesting a refund. We would have left earlier but due to the Leadville 100 race we could not find anywhere else to go. Luckily through the help of Airbnb we were able to regain some of our money. It is unfortunate because it could be a nice place- the location was clutch and having the garage and outdoor spaces was actually very nice. DO NOT STAY HERE.
