Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.

Deposit Policy

All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

This home was cute and in a great location. The only reasons for not putting 5 stars down was that the beds could use an updating (very soft and felt old) and the floors are sloped to the point of feeling “off” walking on them. For the price and location this is a solid stay!

Super convenient location for me and a few friends to stay for a weekend to watch the Leadville Skijoring! We walked literally everywhere we needed to go and the home was nice, clean, and unique. Everything in the house worked great, and the check-in/out process was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to downtown Leadville!
