Just down the street are Leadville's beautiful NEW ice-skating rink and sledding on Dutch Henry Hill (skate and tube rental available at low cost). This property is equipped with two security cameras. One on the front door and one on the back door and backyard. These cameras are not actively monitored and are only utilized in emergency circumstances or when the property is vacant.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.
Deposit Policy
All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
