A wonderful setting for you and your family! Located just 6 miles north of Leadville in a private community, Bear's Den has some great amenities to offer for the whole family whether it be wintertime skiing or summertime hiking the Continental Divide Trail! Upon entering this cabin you will surely notice the attention to detail throughout. Laundry room for your convenience, an open kitchen with plenty of seating, views of Chicago Ridge, and a private lake in the back! High Definition Direct T.V., Landline Phone, and Wireless Internet throughout the home as well. Bear's Den has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft space with 2 additional single beds that can host up to 10 guests along with a pullout couch. Please note, the owner does not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at many places in Leadville including the Grocery store.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.
Deposit Policy
All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
