The three levels of this classic Leadville home provide a great setting and layout. If you’re looking to enjoy time with friends and family the downstairs has a fully stocked kitchen and living room. One bedroom is on the bottom floor with a king bed.
The second level offers two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a full size. Along the hallway are two sets of bunk beds and a large sofa for an extra guest. A little nook for a kid's playroom or extra bed is perfect for a little hideaway for the kids. The Master bedroom sits at the top of the home with large windows looking out onto Turquoise Lake, Mount Massive, and Mount Elbert. The Master Bath has a large jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a steam shower.

Leadville also offers excellent 4-wheeling and scenic drives, hunting, festivals, theater, shopping, and epic winter fun on the slopes. Kids and adults alike are sure to love the tubing just across town, as well as an ice skating rink open during the season!

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full value of the reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Due to our high-alpine environment, roads into Lake and Eagle counties can become snow packed and may close temporarily. No refunds will be given due to variable weather and/or road conditions. Four wheel drive vehicles and/or chains are highly recommended traveling in the mountains.
Deposit Policy
All rentals require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your reservation. If not received, the reservation will be automatically released. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
